Pictures by the tree

It’s been a few years since we’ve done pictures by the tree. The kids were actually pretty excited this year to do it again.
It seems like for a couple of years, they were annoyed by it, and finding Christmas pajamas that they liked was a hassle.
This year I bought them all pajamas and they gladly put them on and smiled and even posed for pictures. Jenna and Zac even wanted to re-create pictures from when they were little.

Steve is 40!

Happy Birthday Steve!
We got a room in Park City to celebrate. But first we ate at Loco Lizard 🦎
The best part of the room was the hot tub on the private deck/balcony! The hot tub was 101-102 degrees and it was  22 degrees outside! So cool!

The gas logs in the room were pretty sweet too!
The bathroom was huge and beautiful too with robes provided!

Gingerbread houses

It’s hard to believe that it was the 4th annual Gingerbread extravaganza this year. We started this tradition with the Krebs in 2015. We have done homemade and store-bought, also with and without glue. It’s all the same good fun. The kids are growing up!

This is the second year Stevie and Sam have come.

Trev was pretty proud of his! Look at the roof!

His Gingerbread men are normal

Her Gingerbread man is dead?!

Zac ☺️
Morgan’s was the best!

Just prior to head-banging their houses... minus Mo.

Christmas tree

I haven’t taken as many pictures as in years past. But we did get our tree this past Saturday while I was on call, but thankfully not busy. Our nights have been full and finding a time to go get a tree has been tricky. Surprisingly Lowe’s was out of trees when we went on Tuesday to find a tree. So we went to a cute, albeit over-priced, lot in Orem, called Fredrico’s. It’s a beautiful Frauser fir. Tonight we watched Elf and decorated the tree. I have to say, after all were in bed and the house was tidy, it was sure sweet in the living room listening to Alan Jackson sing Christmas song and looking at the lights on the tree.
