Clinical Bound
For school, I had to return to campus in Hyden, KY for what is called Clinical Bound. Clinical bound is done preparatory for clinical- my last leg of school! Hooray. I was on campus 10 days, but was gone 14 with traveling.
I had a good experience, but won't post much of it here, but a few pictures.
While I was away, Steve was off with the kids most of the time and went to Blanding.
We were all glad to see each other when I got home. Absence does make the heart grow fonder.
A bonus to my schooling is that it is close to Madison. I got to see my family. That was great.

Must learn to tie knots, then suture.
Practicing on Harriet the foam nether-region
Monica was my partner for practicing the newborn assessment.
This is a tradition called Blessing Way.
Christa was a blessing to me. So glad we were fast friends.
This is us....the group of women at CB Jan 8, 2015 session. Photo taken at Wendover bed and breakfast.

We went to Frisch's after school. I love my nephews.
Baby Lincoln is here!
The day that I was flying home from Indiana, Lissa had her baby girl, Lincoln. I got to see her and hold her soon thereafter...Jenna and I fight over who holds her first. We love babies.

Happy New Year's
We had a little party around here, just us. We had junk food and watched movies.
We are grateful for a good year. Goodbye 2014.

Christmas Time 2014
Merry Christmas
Getting in the Christmas Spirit at Lissa's Surprise 30th Birthday Party
Getting festive with outdoor lights! The kids likes helping.
Gage's Christmas program. <
Post-program pic
Santa came to my work party. Gage was convinced he was a fake, and wouldn't sit on his lap. (He was scared of him, truth be told...that and we have watched Elf too many times!)
Christmas lights display at Thanksgiving point. We sang Christmas carols on the way and after we ate at JCWs.
This was a success. First we watched some of the bible story/nativity videos on LDS.org, then we acted it out. The kids were surprisingly into it. Let's be honest, it was awesome.
Santa came!
It was a white Christmas!
The kids played with their new things and had a good day.
It was a nice Christmas. Just very relaxing as we did not fight the snow to go to Blanding. With ALL of us out of school and me off weekends/holidays, it was awesome.
